Job summary

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking an Assistant Manager, Data Analytics Operations, to lead daily operations of the Data Analytics Infrastructure and Analytics Platform, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data and AI services that support critical business functions within the Authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing data analytics platforms, infrastructure operations, or enterprise data systems.
• Hands-on experience with data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance frameworks.
• Vendor management and coordinating with external service providers to meet SLAs.
• Experience with DataOps, including data cataloging, monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL; Azure or AliCloud Data Engineer certifications desirable.
• Familiar with AI/ML technologies and Copilot in analytics applications.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; strong communication and collaboration skills.
