Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is hiring a Data Scientist, AI Application to support the TDA transformation by designing and adopting AI-enabled solutions across the organisation. The role involves understanding business needs, translating them into scalable AI deployments, and driving adoption with governance in mind.

You will work with business and technology teams to evaluate AI use cases, deliver POC activities, and help translate requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, science, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in AI projects delivery role.
• Experience in distributed system tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Redis, Kafka, etc.
• Hands on project experience in generative AI tech stack.
• Customer focus to understand customer pain points and deliver value add tech solution to customers
• Good team player
• Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Support AI leadership and innovation initiatives.
• Assist in AI solution assessment and prototyping activities.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align AI solutions with objectives.
• Support solution testing, validation and deployment to meet quality standards.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous improvement.
