Job summary

WeLab, a leading fintech platform, seeks an experienced Analytics professional to partner with product and risk teams. You will identify high-impact, data-driven use cases, analyze customer behavior and portfolio performance, and translate findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

You will develop segmentation, support customer journeys, and design KPI frameworks while collaborating with tech teams to embed analytics into day-to-day decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI, customer analytics or a related role in banking/fintech.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of banking products, customer journeys and digital services.
• Proven ability to turn data into commercially actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Experience in customer analytics, segmentation, campaign analytics, experimentation or portfolio analytics valued.
• Curious, collaborative and comfortable in fast-paced environments; ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Risk, Marketing and other teams to understand customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact, data-driven use cases across acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, cross-selling and retention.
• Analyze customer behaviour, product holdings, portfolio performance and customer value for actionable opportunities.
• Develop customer segmentation and insights to support relevant propositions and journeys.
• Translate data findings into clear insights, recommendations and actions for stakeholders.
• Work with business and tech teams to embed analytics into customer journeys and decisions.
• Design measurement frameworks and KPIs to track performance and impact of initiatives.
• Support experimentation and performance optimization, including measuring results and next actions.
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, AI and a data-driven mindset across the business.
