Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Data Analyst with 2–3 years of data analytics experience to join the Data Science team. You will contribute to IBP initiatives, collaborate with data scientists and the BP&A team, and support data operations across regions.

You will help build data pipelines, automate workflows, and maintain documentation while applying your skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools to support global planning analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related quantitative field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, IT, or related quantitative fields.
• Experience with Python.
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of data storytelling and creating visualizations (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with data workflow automation and analytics platforms (Dataiku, o9, Databricks, AWS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Extract, prepare and verify data according to requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines for seamless data flow across systems.
• Operate and monitor monthly data processes and automated tools on data workflow platforms.
• Support user queries and debugging for tools and platforms (VBA-related queries handled by seniors).
• Assist with IBP tools and capabilities, including workflows and data integrations to connect planning outputs to reporting.
• Liaise between Data Science and business users to translate needs into data solutions.
• Maintain documentation of code and processes.
