Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks an Associate Data Analyst in Hong Kong to support the Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) analytics. You will help maintain data workflows, collaborate with Data Scientists and the BP&A team, and ensure data operations across regions including Asia Pacific.

You will work on data extraction, visualization, and automation, enabling data-driven planning and reporting for a global premium lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related quantitative field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, IT, or related fields.
• Experience with Python.
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of data storytelling and creating visualizations (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with data workflow automation platforms (Dataiku/Databricks/AWS) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extract, prepare and verify data according to requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines for seamless data flow.
• Operate and monitor monthly data processes and automation tools.
• Support user queries and debugging for tools across the team.
• Support IBP tool adoption and build data integrations to reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and BP&A to translate needs into solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and processes.
