Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong seeks an analytics professional to support growth and marketing campaigns. You will pull, validate, and structure data across the full conversion funnel, measure performance, and build dashboards to drive decisions.

You'll work with large datasets using SQL and perform cohort analyses, translating findings into clear visuals for executives in a fast-paced environment. DataWind/Claude Code are a plus; Python/R are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, CS, Engineering, or Economics).
• 1–3 years in analytics (campaign/growth/marketing analytics a strong plus).
• Strong SQL skills; ability to write and debug complex queries on large datasets.
• Experience with visualization tools like DataWind and AI tools like Claude Code is a strong plus.
• Nice to have Python and/or R.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and marketing campaigns end to end: pull, validate and structure data across the full conversion funnel.

• Build and maintain campaign dashboards; automate recurring data pulls where possible.

• Translate complex findings into simple visualisations and clear narratives for executives and operations teams.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical.

• Translate complex findings into simple visualisations and clear narratives for execution by operational teams and executives

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics
• 1-3 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics role, campaign / growth / marketing analytics experience is a strong plus
• Strong SQL skills is a must- able to independently write and debug complex queries on large-scale datasets
• Experience with a visualisation tool such as DataWind, an AI tool such as Claude Code is a strong plus
• Nice to have: Python, R
• A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques
• A natural curiosity to identify, investigate and explain trends and patterns in data and an ability to analyse and break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear and simple language for communication
• A passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain and AI
