Binance is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst, Data, to join our Global Central Growth team in a remote-first role. You’ll support growth strategy, marketing analytics, and performance tracking across markets, collaborating with growth, marketing, product, and operations.

The role offers exposure to user growth, funnel optimization, and data-backed decision making in a fast-paced environment. Requires 0–2 years’ experience and bilingual English/Mandarin for overseas coordination.

Qualifications

About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst, Data to join our Global Central Growth team. In this role, you will support growth strategy, marketing analytics, and business performance tracking across global markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including growth, marketing, product, and operations to generate insights, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an early foundation in data analysis and digital business who is looking to develop deeper expertise in user growth, marketing performance, and funnel optimisation in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do

• Support growth strategy and business analysis initiatives by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data across user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion funnels.
• Analyze user behavior and customer journeys to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth optimization.
• Assist in evaluating the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, CRM, social, affiliate, and partnership channels.
• Support the setup, monitoring, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments, and provide clear summaries of findings and recommendations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance updates for internal stakeholders.
• Track key business and marketing metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support campaign analysis, growth initiatives, and business planning through data-backed insights.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify anomalies, performance gaps, and emerging opportunities through ongoing data monitoring and analysis.
• Translate data findings into clear and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related function.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
• Good understanding of key digital business and marketing metrics, such as conversion, retention, CAC, ROI, engagement, and funnel performance.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms is preferred.
• Exposure to A/B testing, campaign analysis, user behavior analysis, or performance reporting is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Interest in user growth, digital products, and data-driven business strategy.
  

Nice To Haves

• Experience in internet, e-commerce, fintech, gaming, or other fast-paced digital industries.
• Familiarity with product analytics, marketing attribution, or experimentation frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
