Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior growth marketer to optimize worldwide user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will lead cross-functional programs, run rapid A/B tests, and shape multi-channel campaigns across regions.

Bring 8+ years in growth, a data-driven mindset, and experience with global markets. English/Mandarin bilingualism is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Remote-first role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ yrs in user growth / performance / digital marketing.
• Global market experience (MENA, LATAM, SEA, Africa, etc.).
• Strong data mindset; familiar with growth tools & KPIs.
• Internet, Web3, or fintech background preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel user journeys analysis: acquisition → activation → conversion → retention.
• Drive multi-channel user acquisition (KOLs, Paid Ads, SEO, referrals, communities, social etc.).
• Set up & track key metrics: CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, viral coefficient.
• Run rapid A/B tests, iterate growth models, and improve user quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring strategies to life.
