Two Square Capital Limited in Hong Kong seeks a data analytics professional to develop and enhance data analysis frameworks for business growth. You will apply predictive modelling, track KPI dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

You will manage end-to-end analytics workstreams, collaborate across teams, and communicate complex data in English and Chinese to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of data analysis experience; background in finance, fintech, investment, or internet finance preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in data modelling, business intelligence (BI), KPI dashboards, and statistical/predictive analysis
• Able to independently manage the full analytics workflow: data collection, cleaning, modelling, and insight delivery
• Strong business acumen and cross-team communication skills; able to turn complex data into clear recommendations
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
