Job summary

HKBN is seeking an Analytics Manager to drive data insights and analytical solutions across business units. You will collaborate with business users to identify opportunities, manage data sources, and develop dashboards using BI tools to enable informed decisions.

The role requires extensive experience in data analytics, data management, and ML techniques, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Strong collaboration with IT and data teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/IS/Statistics/Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Min. 8 years experience in data analysis / data management / data engineering using large-scale database.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Solid experience in data visualization using Power BI.
• Good knowledge of advanced analytics and ML techniques.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users to deliver timely and quality customer insights and data solutions.
• Use of customer data including structure and unstructured data to identify business opportunities to support business growth.
• Work closely with Data Management Team and IT to identify valuable data sources from all touchpoints, and transform it into an analytical-friendly format to support analysis, digital journeys enhancement and process optimization.
• Develop reports/dashboards using BI tools, and translate data into actionable insights to support decision making.
• Lead analytical framework development and AI/ML projects.
• Consistently review and refine customer segmentation and tags to improve targeting effectiveness.
• Review and develop data management strategy to ensure data quality and integrity in BIWH; review reporting and process automation to improve efficiency.

• Positive and innovative learning attitude, proficient in problem-solving and stakeholder management
• Experience in different cloud technology such as AWS, Azure and GCP is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
