Job summary

We+ Asia & PhoenixDX in Hong Kong are seeking a Solution Delivery Consultant to shape and deliver data, AI, and digital transformation engagements. You will work directly with clients, lead solution design, define engagement models, and manage delivery end-to-end across cross-functional teams.

The role blends pre-sales, data/platform advisory, and project execution, with a focus on strategic client engagement and tangible outcomes. Residency in HK or relocation to HK is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across software delivery, data/AI programme management, consulting, or digital transformation — with a clear track record of owning projects end-to-end
• Hands‑on experience across the full delivery lifecycle on data or AI projects: discovery, scoping, build, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Genuine data and AI fluency — you understand data pipelines, cloud platforms, ML deployment, and agentic AI well enough to lead technical conversations with clients and challenge delivery teams
• Comfortable in pre-sales: shaping solutions, writing proposals, presenting to senior stakeholders, and contributing to commercial conversations without needing a sales team to carry you
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at a senior level — you earn trust through competence and follow‑through, not just relationship management
• Exceptional communication skills — equally fluent in technical depth and business impact; can write a sharp SOW and present it clearly to a board
• Based in Hong Kong or Singapore — or actively looking to relocate to one of these markets

Responsibilities

• Shape the Solution: lead design workshops and translate challenges into scoped, costed delivery proposals
• Support Pre‑Sales: participate in CTO/CDOs conversations, translate challenges into compelling proposals and SOWs
• Deliver Projects: oversee governance, budget, and timeline from kick-off to go-live; manage cross-functional teams
• Translate technical topics into business language for senior stakeholders
• Drive quality, velocity, and client satisfaction
