Job summary

Aurora Information Solutions Limited in Hong Kong seeks an IT Sales Specialist to drive cybersecurity services into SMB and enterprise sectors. You will engage business owners, IT managers, and decision-makers to promote tailored cybersecurity solutions.

Present and pitch services, collaborate with our technical team to design IT-aligned offerings, and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. English and Cantonese fluency required; Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise tech needs.
• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop mid-sized enterprise clients for cybersecurity services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, IT managers, and key decision-makers.
• Present and pitch cybersecurity services, highlighting benefits for operations and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design solutions aligning with IT systems and requirements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in SMB and enterprise sectors.
• Stay informed about trends in business tech and cybersecurity to provide informed recommendations.
