Job summary

HKT in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated product marketing professional to drive end-to-end GTM strategies for cybersecurity solutions targeting enterprise customers. You will plan lead-generation campaigns, develop compelling positioning and sales enablement materials to support frontline teams.

You will track performance, collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consulting and partners, and translate technical offerings into clear customer value propositions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related disciplines.
• 2–3 years’ experience in product marketing, product management, vendor/channel management or enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience in cybersecurity, ICT, or enterprise solutions is an advantage.
• Good commercial sense with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to translate technical solutions into clear customer value propositions.
• Proactive, analytical and comfortable working across Sales, Product, Marketing and external partners.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end GTM strategy and campaigns for cybersecurity solutions targeting enterprise customers.
• Plan and execute lead generation, run-rate programs and solution bundling initiatives to drive sales opportunities and conversion.
• Develop product positioning, marketing materials and sales enablement tools to support frontline sales teams.
• Track campaign effectiveness, leads, pipeline and marketing performance to continuously optimize GTM activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consulting and other business units to develop cross-LOB cybersecurity propositions.
• Support the management and development of the cybersecurity product and solution portfolio.
• Work closely with cybersecurity vendors and alliance partners on product development, joint GTM initiatives and business opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day vendor engagement, operational touchpoints and co-development activities.
• Monitor cybersecurity market trends, competitor offerings and customer needs to identify new product and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to launch and enhance cybersecurity solutions.
