HKBN Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive demand and revenue for IT and telecom solutions in SME and mid-market segments.

You will develop GTM strategies, craft messaging, manage digital and field marketing, and oversee budget and team performance. A data-driven leader with stakeholder skills is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience within the information technology or telecommunications industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of planning and executing GTM campaigns that deliver measurable demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems).
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms - Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEM, social media, email).
• Develop GTM strategies: define target segments, buyer personas, value propositions, and positioning.
• Translate customer and market data into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Conduct in-depth competitive and market analyses to inform messaging and market opportunity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marcom, and external agencies for timely delivery.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing professionals with clear objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with key partners and alliances.
• Manage the marketing budget: forecasting, allocation, and spend reporting.
• Prepare executive-level presentations on campaign results and pipeline trends.
