Job summary

HMMP (Dental) Limited is seeking a Dental Clinic Operation Officer to support day-to-day operations for clinics in Tsim Sha Tsui and Kwun Tong. You will coordinate equipment servicing, manage procurement and supplier relations, and oversee inventory and licenses.

The role requires a university graduate with 3+ years in clinic operations, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Cantonese. Office-based with travel to clinics; a proactive, results-driven mindset is essential.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.

About the role

Dental Clinic Operation Officer at HMMP (Dental) Limited, managing day-to-day operational support for clinics located in Tsim Sha Tsui and Kwun Tong.

Key responsibilities

Conduct DSA training on basic equipment care and maintenance
Coordinate routine equipment servicing and maintenance, and provide basic troubleshooting and support for clinic equipment
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and ensure cost-effective purchasing of equipment and supplies
Conduct regular stock checks and inventory monitoring, and maintain accurate procurement and inventory records
Manage day-to-day operational support for the clinics and the Kwun Tong office
Coordinate clinic and office maintenance, repairs, renovations, fitting-out, and setup projects
Source and compare quotations, and liaise with suppliers and contractors as required
Monitor and renew service contracts and licences in a timely manner
Assist with clinic licence verification and compliance checks
Support regulatory inspections and compliance requirements, including PHFO-related matters

About you

University graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in clinic operations
Strong expertise in dental clinic operations highly preferred (including operational workflows)
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
Mature, self-motivated, independent, and proactive, with a results-oriented mindset
Responsible, well-organized, able to prioritize effectively, and capable of working independently
Knowledge of dental regulations is an advantage
