JF Talent Consulting Group Limited has a client in Hong Kong seeking a Customer Services Executive for construction equipment. The role handles parts and service ordering, rental invoicing, and daily sales support in a fast-paced trading firm.

Candidates should have a diploma, at least two years in customer service or sales administration with import/export experience, and strong MS Office and BC/D365 skills in English and Chinese. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years customer service or sales administration and shipping experience at a trading firm (Import & Export).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Vlookup, Hlookup, PivotTable), MS Business Central (BC)/ Dynamics 365(D365).
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of spare parts is preferred.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

About The Role:

Handle Parts and service ordering, Rental invoicing;

Handle enquiries, understand client requirements, and identify possible solutions.

Provide support on daily sales activities, including shipment order processing, preparing quotations, and monitoring delivery schedules.

Perform any ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:
