Job summary

FFC International Company Ltd is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support professional in Hong Kong. The role involves handling sales orders, quoting prices, and maintaining relationships with customers and overseas agents.

Applicants should have Form 7/DSE or above, experience in sea/air forwarding or shipping is preferred, and strong English and Mandarin communication. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Form 7/DSE or above is required.
• Experience in sea/air forwarding or shipping is preferable; fresh graduates considered.
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in customer service skills is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on sales orders and handle enquiries.
• Provide price quotations and maintain customer relationships.
• Communicate with overseas agents.
• Prepare presentations and assist visitors.
• Input, manage data and perform sales analysis.
• Generate reports and support system development.
