Job summary

Sino Group is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor (Serviced Apartment) to manage daily operations of a luxury serviced residence in Hong Kong. You will work with the Leasing Team to ensure smooth operations, oversee maintenance and cleaning, and handle handover services and tenant requests.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or above in Hospitality or Property Management, has 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills in English and Chinese, and the ability to work under

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Property Management, or related discipline.
• 5 years of property-related experience, preferably in hotel or serviced apartment sector.
• Proactive and customer oriented.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; basic computer skills.
• Strong English and Chinese (Putonghua an advantage).
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements, regulations and licensing is an advantage.
• Shift duty is required.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Customer Service Officer.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing Team with day-to-day management of a luxury serviced apartment.
• Oversee the property's daily operations, maintenance and cleaning services.
• Perform handover takeover services and follow-up on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints.
• Monitor progress of daily repairs and maintenance.
• Provide administration support and handle incoming calls and general enquiries.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will assist the Leasing Team with the day-to-day management of a luxury serviced apartment and oversee the property’s daily operations, maintenance, and cleaning services. Duties also included handover takeover services, follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints, and monitoring the progress of all daily repair and maintenance services. He/ She will also be responsible for assisting leasing team on daily operations and providing administration support and handling incoming telephone calls and general enquiries.

Requirements

Diploma or above, preferably in Hospitality Management, Property Management, or a related discipline

5 years of property-related experience, preferably in the hotel or serviced apartment sector

Proactive and customer oriented

Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and basic computer skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage

Able to work independently and under pressure
