Job summary

Cargologic AG seeks a Warehouse Supervisor with 3+ years of experience to oversee warehouse operations and ensure smooth service delivery. The role requires strong ERP proficiency and fluent English and Cantonese, with fashion/robotic warehouse exposure viewed as a plus.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Operations Manager, maintaining KPI targets, supervising subcontractors, improving layout and stock control, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in warehouse management or related field.
• 3 years or above related experience.
• Advanced ERP skills in warehouse management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good in English and Cantonese.
• Experience in fashion clothing and automatic robotic warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations Manager to handle customer requirements and proactively propose solutions.
• Maintain warehouse operations to run smoothly.
• Respond to interested parties promptly with effective communication.
• Support management to meet operational KPIs.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality procedures compliance.
• Monitor service quality and asset utilization in the warehouse.
• Evaluate and review existing procedures and warehouse operations.
• Propose improvement action plans on layout, stock level and processes and adjust as needed.
• Implement dynamic warehouse management and produce statistics reflecting In/Out status, stock levels, backlogs and dead stock.
• Provide suggestions to improve accuracy of management plans.
• Collaborate with managers to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated queries and support the customer service team.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments from management.

What You Can Expect** :**

• Implement dynamic management of warehouse, make statistics to timely reflect In & Out status, overstocking, backlogs and dead stock, analyze to provide a basis for decision-making.

• Assess the storage differences between the system and the actual warehouse operation against the defined stock level.

• Provide suggestions to improve the accuracy of management plans.

• Collaborate with managers to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Manage any escalated queries and provide support to the customer service team.

• Other ad-hoc assignments from Management.

What You Bring:

• Diploma or above, majoring in warehouse management, customer service, or relevant field.
• 3 years or above related experience.
• Advanced ERP skills in warehouse management.
• Candidates with working experience in fashion clothing and automatic robotic warehouse is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good in English and Cantonese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Warehouse Supervisor.
