Job summary

Cargologic AG is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to reinforce our warehouse operations in Hong Kong. The role focuses on maintaining smooth operations, managing ERP-driven processes, and ensuring high service quality for customers.

You will collaborate with managers to improve layout, stock levels, and process efficiency while supporting the customer service team. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in warehouse management, customer service, or relevant field.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Advanced ERP skills in warehouse management.
• Experience in fashion clothing or robotic warehouses is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good in English and Cantonese.
• Less experience considered as Assistant Warehouse Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations Manager to handle customer requirements and proactively propose solutions.
• Maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Respond to interested parties in a timely manner with effective communication.
• Support management to meet operational KPIs.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality procedures are followed.
• Monitor service quality and asset utilization of the warehouse.
• Evaluate and review existing procedures and warehouse operations.
• Propose improvements to layout, stock levels and processes and adjust as needed.
• Implement dynamic warehouse management, generate statistics on in/out, overstock, backlogs and dead stock for decisions.
• Assess storage differences between system and actual operation against stock levels.
• Provide suggestions to improve planning accuracy.
• Collaborate with managers to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage escalated queries and support the customer service team.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments from Management.

What You Can Expect

• Assess the storage differences between the system and the actual warehouse operation against the defined stock level.

• Provide suggestions to improve the accuracy of management plans.

• Collaborate with managers to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Manage any escalated queries and provide support to the customer service team.

• Other ad-hoc assignments from Management.

What You Bring

• Diploma or above, majoring in warehouse management, customer service, or relevant field.
• 3 years or above related experience.
• Advanced ERP skills in warehouse management.
• Candidates with working experience in fashion clothing and automatic robotic warehouse is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good in English and Cantonese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Warehouse Supervisor.
