GD OVERSEAS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all warehouse operations at our Fanling North District facility in Hong Kong. This full-time role offers the chance to manage a dynamic team and optimise efficiency, inventory control, and logistics processes.

You will ensure smooth daily operations, drive continuous improvement, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to meet order fulfilment goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics reporting.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Managing and supervising warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Implementing and maintaining warehouse safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and maintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems.
• Optimising warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinating with logistics, sales, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external logistics partners.
• Preparing and analysing warehouse performance reports and metrics.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

About the role

GD OVERSEAS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all warehouse operations in our Fanling North District facility. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic team and optimise warehouse efficiency, inventory management, and logistics processes. As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across the warehouse.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods

Managing and supervising warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management

Implementing and maintaining warehouse safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and maintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems

What we're looking for

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices

Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with data analysis and performance metrics reporting

Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is highly desirable
