• 定期审查运营工作流程并更新仓库SOP，提高效率与准确性
• 确保仓库安全标准符合职业安全与健康法规
• 根据业务需要完成临时性运营任务

Job description

Role Purpose :

Assistant Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely handling of goods. This role leads and supports the warehouse team to maintain high standards of productivity, safety, and quality, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. By driving operational excellence and strong team performance, it plays a key role in putting a smile on customers’ faces through reliable service and excellent delivery outcomes.

A typical day in this Role:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth execution and achievement of KPIs, including productivity and stocktake accuracy, with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Support both offline and online (O+O) business models by ensuring accurate, timely handling of goods.
• Use a scientific and data‑driven approach to monitor performance, analyze operational results, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and warehouse teams, reinforcing collaboration as our way of working.
• Manage staff rosters, provide training, and coach warehouse team members to build a high‑performing and engaged workforce.
• Regularly review operational workflows and update warehouse SOPs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Ensure warehouse safety standards are upheld and operations comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
• Assist with ad‑hoc operational tasks as assigned to support evolving business needs.

• Form 5 or above.
• At least 1 - 2years' experience in supervisory level.
• Teamwork oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels.
• Experienced in WMS.
• Retails experience and immediately available will be advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
