Job summary

Rhenus Logistics in Hong Kong is seeking a capable warehouse professional to support daily operations and drive process improvements. The role offers exposure to ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Customer Service teams.

We look for candidates with 3+ years of related experience, strong English and Cantonese communication, and a diploma or higher in warehouse management or a related field. Assistant roles are available for those with less experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above, majoring in warehouse management, customer service, or relevant field.
• 3 years or above related experience.
• Advanced ERP skills in warehouse management.
• Candidates with working experience in fashion clothing and automatic robotic warehouse is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good in English and Cantonese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Warehouse Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations Manager to handle customer’s requirements and proactive to propose solution or option.
• Maintain warehouse operations smooth.
• Respond to interested parties in a timely manner with effective comunication skills.
• Support management to meet operational KPI.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with company quality procedures.
• Monitor the service quality and asset utilization of the warehouse.
• Evaluate and review existing procedure & warehouse operation.
• Propose improvement action plans on layout, stock level and operational processes, regularly review and adjust per need.
• Implement dynamic management of warehouse, make statistics to timely reflect In & Out status, overstocking, backlogs and dead stock, analyze to provide a basis for decision-making.
• Assess the storage differences between the system and the actual warehouse operation against the defined stock level.
• Provide suggestions to improve the accuracy of management plans.
• Collaborate with managers to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage any escalated queries and provide support to the customer service team.
• Other ad-hoc assignments from Management.
