Job summary

Golden Group Consulting Limited is seeking a client-facing coordinator in Hong Kong who will support domestic companies with business coordination and relationship management. You will handle client inquiries, maintain professional client interactions, and assist with ad-hoc tasks under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree, 1+ years of customer service in financial institutions, and fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Preferably 1+ years of customer service experience in financial institutions.
Strong communication, adaptability, and service-oriented mindset.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Possession of Hong Kong Resident Identity Card.
5-day work.

Responsibilities

Assist domestic companies with business coordination and other matters; jointly maintain client relationships.
Handle client inquiries and suggestions regarding business operations.
Maintain a professional demeanor and build positive client relationships.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Travel between Hong Kong and Mainland China as required by work assignments.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department.
