Job summary

Hayati® is seeking an experienced Overseas Sales Coordinator/Commercial Customer Service Representative to support international customers and the sales team through the full order management process, including order follow-up, shipment coordination, samples, logistics, and payments.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, is fluent in English and Mandarin, and brings 3+ years in overseas order coordination or sales order management with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in overseas customer order coordination or sales order management, with solid knowledge of order management processes.
• Familiar with overseas order coordination processes and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly accountable. Experience in team management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on overseas customer orders and coordinate shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
• Assist the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and managing customer orders.
• Follow up on customers’ marketing materials, delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements.
• Follow up on sample orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer account reconciliation, payment collection, and related matters.
