Job summary

Sino Group is seeking a proactive professional to join our Leasing team in Hong Kong as an Assistant Leasing Manager for serviced apartments. You will support day-to-day building management, oversee operations, maintenance and cleaning, and handle handover/takeover services and tenant requests.

Responsibilities also include assisting with tenancy documents, handling calls and enquiries, and providing administration support to the leasing team.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder required.
• 2 years real estate experience, preferably in hotel/serviced apartment.
• Proactive and customer oriented.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations is an advantage.
• Shift duty required.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will assist the Leasing Manager to perform day-to-day building management of the serviced apartment and oversee the apartment’s daily operation, maintenance and cleaning services. Duties also included handover / takeover services, follow up services on tenant requests, enquiries, service calls and/or complaints, and monitoring the progress of all daily repair and maintenance services. He/ She will also be responsible for assisting leasing team on daily operations, providing administration support, preparing tenancy documents and handling incoming telephone calls and general enquiries.

Requirements:

• At least diploma holder in any disciplines
• 2 years of real estate related experience, especially in hotel or serviced apartment
• Proactive and customer oriented
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements is an advantage
• Shift duty is required
• Proactive fresh graduates will also be considered
