Qualifikationen

• Higher diploma or above with 2 years experience in Call Centre/Customer Service/Sales Support.
• IIQE Paper 1 & 2 would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Excellent written English and Chinese.
• PC literate and able to type fast.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient.

What we are looking for

Higher diploma degree or above, with 2 years experiences in Call Centre/Customer Service/Sales Support would be preferred

Passed IIqe Paper 1 & 2 would be an advantage

Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese; ability to speak in Putonghua will be an advantage

Excellent written manners in both English and Chinese

PC literate and able to type fast.

Able to work independently, as well as, be a good team player

Detail-oriented and excellent time management with the ability to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive

Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible and patient
