Job summary

RTX is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hong Kong to manage customer orders and repair requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will serve as the primary interface between RTX and customers, providing timely updates on product status and deliveries, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with SAP or ERP exposure, and strong written and spoken English.

Qualifications
