Job summary

Pro Golf HK Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee front-of-house operations in our golf center. You will greet customers, manage inquiries, assist with product selection and appointments, and uphold service standards.

You will monitor customer experience metrics, coordinate with HR, Finance and Admin, and help close sales for lessons and clubs. Experience in administration and knowledge of golf products are a plus; bilingual communication preferred.

Qualifications

• Front office management experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and problem solving.
• Knowledge of golf products and pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer calls; assist with queries, product selection, and appointments.
• Understand all GOLFTEC products, offers and pricing, and client needs.
• Maintain front-of-house processes to improve customer experience.
• Maintain metrics on customer experience and service levels.
• Assist with placing and tracking purchase orders with vendors.
• Maintain the center environment, cleanliness and equipment.
• Assist center to close sales for lessons and clubs.
• Support coordination of HR, Finance and Admin tasks.
• Assist center management in operations as needed.
