AIA Group in Hong Kong is seeking a senior compliance and governance professional to strengthen customer-centric governance across distribution channels and partner models. You will own end-to-end controls and work with internal teams to ensure reliable customer outcomes.

The role focuses on risk and control design, oversight of intermediaries, and regulatory reviews, requiring extensive financial services experience and a proactive, independent mindset.

Formación

• 8 years’ relevant working experience in financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage the execution of the business quality framework for different distribution channels and models.
• Support manager in designing and leading the implementation of effective controls in identified risk areas of partnership distribution channels.
• Prepare and perform regular risk and control assessments and drive actions to address areas with increased risks.
• Investigate and report compliance incidents to Direct Manager/Department.
• Coordinate and provide assistance for review of the department by Compliance, Internal Audit and regulators.
