Job summary

AIA Group in Hong Kong invites you to join as a senior compliance leader, deputising the Head of Compliance Risk and providing second‑line oversight across investment governance, risk management and AML/CTF matters. You will work with diverse teams to embed a customer‑first mindset in all decisions and ensure alignment with Hong Kong regulatory expectations.

You will advise on portfolio management, monitor key risk indicators, manage incident response, and coordinate regulator interactions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk or related discipline.
• 12 years’ senior and hands-on experience in compliance, risk management and investment governance in HK.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a team lead.
• Strong knowledge of SFC/MPFA regulations, investment management processes, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior advisory on portfolio management, regulatory licensing and compliance matters.
• Lead risk management activities, KRIs, incident management and governance reporting.
• Oversee AML/CTF tasks, CDD/KYC, sanctions screening and governance.
• Support regulator inquiries; maintain policies and monitoring procedures.
