Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking an Associate Director, Governance and Control to lead the Governance & Control team within Partnership Distribution. You will embed a customer-first mindset while designing and implementing robust controls that protect customers and sustain long-term business quality.

You will work with cross-functional partners, manage risk assessments, oversee licensing requirements for regulated activities, and drive initiatives to enhance risk governance across the region.

Qualifications

• University/College graduate with 10+ years' relevant working experiences and supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder management.
• Licensing by Insurance Authority if required

Responsibilities

• Design and manage governance controls across distribution channels.
• Lead risk and control assessments for the department.
• Ensure licensing requirements are met for regulated activities.
