Job summary

Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a Custody Manager, Business Development/Client Services in the Asset Custody Department to drive custody product sales and client coverage.

You will collaborate with relationship managers to sell services, provide pricing, and assist in developing long-term custody business plans, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong laws and bank policies.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of front-line experience in securities and custody is preferred.
• Strong time and resource management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage custody-related product sales in line with Hong Kong law and bank policies.
• Assist in preparing long/medium/short-term custody business and product marketing plans.
• Liaise with relationship managers to sell custody services and price quoting.
• Maintain product documentation and provide sales support/RFP input.
• Maintain custody account relationships and conduct regular client service reviews.
• Engage in client onboarding and due diligence processes.
• Occasional business travel may be required.
