Job summary

China Construction Bank (Asia) in Hong Kong seeks a Custody Client Services professional to support the custody business, manage onboarding, and deliver high-quality client services. You will collaborate with internal teams to respond to queries and ensure client satisfaction, while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will build and maintain relationships, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and train clients on new services, using bilingual English and Chinese and VBA/MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in custody or similar role in financial services.
• Knowledge of local/global custody, fund administration, trust and fiduciary services.
• Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure with deadlines.
• Good analytical, organisational, problem resolution and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Familiar with MS applications including VBA.

Responsibilities

• Support the Custody business and collaborate with internal teams to handle custodians' queries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as main contact on client onboarding and account opening process.
• Provide pre-sales support to the sales team and work with product, project, operation and other teams to deliver high quality client services.
• Maintain good client relationships and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop new relationships.
• Ensure practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Manage clients' documents and databases to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Conduct service reviews and provide training to clients on new services.
