Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients to promote the custody services.
Advise client for documentation and onboarding requirements.
Process account opening and manage a smooth client onboarding.
Responsible for collecting, organizing, and updating customer information, business requirements, transaction records, and other relevant data.
Handle client inquiries related to cash movement, security settlement, corporate actions, billing and etc.
Participate in cross-departmental collaboration and serve as a coordinator, working between clients, LCD, Risk Dept and back office to deliver asset custody solutions.
