Job summary

BIT in Hong Kong is seeking a risk product operations professional to help analyze requirements, write PRDs and support risk-control initiatives across the business.

You will define data requirements, prepare test cases, participate in UAT, monitor risk events, and translate customer feedback into enhancement requirements for delivery.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, with crypto or fintech experience and knowledge of SFO/SEC guidelines, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative discipline.
• 2-5 years of full-time experience in risk product operations.
• Experience writing PRDs is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to risk product requirements and PRDs.
• Create test cases and participate in UAT.
• Define data needs for risk control systems and integrate with business lines.
• Monitor risk events and route issues to relevant teams.
• Investigate data anomalies with engineering to identify root causes.
• Prepare operating guides and collect customer feedback for improvements.
