Job summary

BIT is seeking a Risk Product Operations professional in Hong Kong to help define requirements for risk platforms, write PRDs, and collaborate with engineering and business lines. You will prepare test cases, support UAT, define data needs, and analyse risk events while ensuring compliance and clear English/Mandarin communication.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in risk product operations and hold a quantitative degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative field.
2–5 years in risk product operations, including PRD writing.
Clear logical thinking and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Experience with AI tools for daily work and data handling.

Responsibilities

Take part in requirements analysis and write PRDs and prototypes.
Prepare test cases and participate in UAT to ensure features meet expectations.
Define data requirements for risk control systems and coordinate with business lines.
Follow up on risk rule events and route to relevant teams for resolution.
Investigate data anomalies with engineering to identify root causes and drive fixes.
Support post-launch operations: create guides, collect feedback, and drive enhancements.
