Job summary

BIT is seeking a risk product operations professional to join its global team in Hong Kong. You will participate in requirements analysis, write PRDs, and define data requirements for risk control systems across business lines.

The role involves validating features via UAT and following up on risk events until resolution. You will work with engineers and product teams, using AI tools to handle data and support day-to-day decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative field.
• 2-5 years of full-time experience in risk product operations, including PRD writing.
• Clear logical thinking and strong communication at pace.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience using AI tools to support daily work and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Take part in requirements analysis and solution discussions for risk products and write PRDs and prototypes.
• Prepare test cases and participate in UAT to ensure features match expectations.
• Define data requirements for risk control systems and integrate with business lines.
• Follow up on risk events and system alerts; route to relevant teams and track to resolution.
• Investigate data anomalies with engineering to identify root causes and drive issues to closure.
• Support post-launch operations: create guides, collect feedback, and translate into enhancement requirements.
