Job summary

OKX in Hong Kong is seeking a senior trading product manager to lead risk monitoring and the design of risk-related solutions for crypto trading products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with trader needs in onboarding and spot/derivatives trading experience.

The role requires a strong background in product design, data-driven analysis, and excellent communication to coordinate with multiple departments and drive risk improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong interest in trading, blockchain, or finance.
Solid product design and project management knowledge.
Ability to discover user needs through data analysis.
Effective communication and teamwork across departments.
Proactive and customer-focused mindset; English required.

Responsibilities

Plan and design risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for trading products.
Optimize risk control rules and improve risk control system efficiency.
Monitor risks and iterate on the system based on feedback.
Coordinate with developers, designers, marketing, and operations.
Guide junior product managers to develop risk-control methodologies.
