Job summary

BIT seeks a risk product operations professional to drive requirements, write PRDs, and collaborate across risk, data and engineering teams in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will define data needs, support testing, and help translate feedback into product improvements.

Fluency in English and Mandarin, with 2–5 years in risk operations and PRD writing. Crypto/fintech experience and knowledge of regulatory guidelines will be a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 2–5 years in risk product operations with hands-on PRD writing.
• Clear logical thinking and strong communication.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in risk, operations or data roles at a crypto exchange or fintech.
• Familiarity with options, margin mechanics or structured products.
• Knowledge of SFO/SEC guidelines and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take part in requirements analysis and solution discussions for risk products and write PRDs and prototypes.
• Prepare test cases and participate in UAT to ensure features match expectations.
• Define data requirements for risk control systems and integrate with business lines.
• Follow up on risk events and system alerts and route to relevant teams until resolution.
• Investigate data anomalies with engineering to identify root causes and drive fixes.
• Support post-launch operations: produce guides, collect feedback, and translate into enhancements.
