The role of Senior Business Director or Chief Representative oversees cross-border strategy, liaises between HK headquarters and Mainland partners, and evaluates investments or partnerships, with high flexibility for HK/Mainland transit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Hong Kong Top Talent/Quality Migrant visas are highly preferred.
• Solid professional track record in Mainland China (e.g., tech founders, corporate executives, or individuals with high net-worth/family business backgrounds).
• Strong capability to leverage personal resources to create commercial synergy with listed platforms.
• High self-motivation and ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Senior Business Director or Chief Representative for one of the listed subsidiaries, overseeing its cross-border strategic layout.
• Act as the strategic liaison between the Group's Hong Kong headquarters and Mainland business entities/partners.
• Evaluate industry-specific investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, or corporate expansion projects.
• Directly report to the subsidiary's Board; enjoy high flexibility in work arrangements to accommodate mainland-HK transit.
