Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in cross-border e-commerce logistics or related field.
• Strong network among HK and South China e-commerce players.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue, volume, and gross profit targets across international e-commerce parcel and mail delivery solutions.
• Prospect and secure high-value B2B/B2C accounts, cross-border e-tailers, marketplaces, and DTC brands.
• Design tailored end-to-end logistics solutions, manage RFQ/tender processes, and negotiate contract terms to ensure healthy margins.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and conduct regular business reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate with internal Product, Operations, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure onboarding and service execution.
