Lab Concept (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a passionate Strategic Partnership & Growth Executive to lead marketing activities for Lab Concept and drive performance through vendor partnerships and CRM initiatives.

The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing third-party partnerships, building customer databases, and running targeted campaigns to grow sales and market share across Faces, Shoespace, and beauty brands.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in marketing strategy development and partnership management to achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication skills to convey brand tone and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success.
• Analytical and proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet vendor targets and enhance market share.
• Manage third-party partnerships to boost sales and expand customer databases.
• Implement marketing strategies that involve partnerships with third parties and develop mutually beneficial relationships.
• Oversee customer lifecycle programs, ensuring data capture and timely query responses.
• Manage CRM initiatives including membership offering, customer acquisition, and retention programs.
