Job summary

Sephora Hong Kong Limited is seeking a CRM Intern for a 1-year contract to support gifts, loyalty rewards, basic reporting, campaigns and events. You will work at least three days a week and gain hands-on experience in beauty retail and customer engagement.

Applicants should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields, with strong English and Chinese skills (Cantonese preferred) and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Higher Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Available to work at least 3 days per week for 1 year.
• Demonstrates strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Cantonese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM gifts and loyalty reward activities and simple reports.
• Assist with gift-with-purchase bundling and maintain gift records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of campaigns and events.
• Prepare CRM reports using the pre-built dashboard and data basics in Excel.
• Help set up CRM offers, promotional codes and campaign materials.
