Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong Co. Limited is seeking a data-driven CRM professional to optimize CRM and lead management for a leading insurance provider. You will ensure data accuracy, efficient lead routing, and performance tracking to support growth.

You will design Power BI dashboards, validate data, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to deliver system enhancements. Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, lead management, sales operations, data analytics, or business process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with SleekFlow and Power BI for dashboards and analytics.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data governance, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience gathering requirements, supporting UAT, implementing system enhancements, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM and lead management processes.
• Monitor lead performance metrics and improve conversions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Perform data analysis, data validation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to deliver enhancements.
• Design and maintain workflow automation using Power Automate.
