HK Express, Hong Kong's low-cost carrier, is recruiting a Crew Rostering Specialist to optimize crew utilization and develop rostering tools. You will plan and publish monthly rosters, ensure economical pairing patterns, and coordinate with the Crew Management team for short-term needs.

The role requires a degree and at least 3 years in roster assignment within an airline, strong English and Chinese, and proficiency in SQL, Python, VBA and MS Office. Hybrid work and shuttle services are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree holder with training/experience in data analysis or system support.
• Minimum 3 years of roster assignment/reassignment and airline operations.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.
• Proficiency in an electronic crew operations system.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and VBA.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Perform regular crew rostering data analysis to maximize crew utilization and identify system enhancements.
• Plan crew rosters in line with HKCAD Flight Time Limitation Scheme and company guidelines.
• Issue monthly crew roster on the approved date.
• Ensure flight parings/roster patterns are economical.
• Coordinate with Crew Management for short-term crew needs/movements (e.g., training/HQ rostering).
• Coach junior Crew Rostering staff.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, including safety and budgeting tasks.
• Participate in specific working groups and safety/quality training.
