Job summary

HK Express is seeking a role focused on short-term crew resource planning and deployment. You will perform rostering data analysis to maximize crew utilization and develop in-house tools to optimize rostering and crew control processes.

Responsibilities include planning rosters per HKCAD limits, issuing monthly rosters on schedule, and coordinating short-term crew movements. Strong English/Chinese skills and coding ability are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree holder or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roster assignment / reassignment and airline operations.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic crew operations system.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular crew rostering data analysis for maximization of crew utilization.
• Perform crew roster planning in accordance with HKCAD Flight Time Limitation Scheme and company guidelines.
• Issue the monthly crew roster on the date approved by local regulatory authority.
• Ensure flight parings/roster patterns are economical.
• Coordinate with Crew Management for short-term crew needs and movements.
