Manpower, Inc. is assisting a Chinese securities company to recruit a junior level credit risk (Asso-VP) in Hong Kong. The role focuses on risk management for margin financing, preparing credit proposals, and monitoring listed companies for risk controls.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration or risk management, has at least three years in a securities/brokerage environment, and is proficient in English and Mandarin. CFA/FRM progress is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Risk Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sizable financial/securities & brokerage company.
• Solid understanding of or prior exposure to US stock options and related risk monitoring is a strong advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in MS Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• With CFA/FRM qualification or progress towards these qualifications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage risk for margin financing, including monitoring daily market movements and margin calls.

• Prepare approval documents and Daily & Monthly reports.
• Prepare and check loan facilities offer letters for client loans.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Work Duties

• Responsible for risk management of margin financing business, including monitoring daily market movement and perform margin call if necessary
• Preparing credit proposals, industrial research and analysis, valuation for Senior Management’s approval
• Perform ongoing monitoring and review on listed companies and suggest marginable grading to stocks;
• Provide support on credit administration and handle daily credit admin duties
• Prepare approval documents and also the Daily and Monthly Reports
• Prepare and check the loan facilities offer letter for client loans;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects

Work Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management or related Disciplines.
