Job summary

CNCB (Hong Kong) Investment Limited is seeking an experienced Credit Risk Manager to build and oversee the credit risk management framework, establish rules and processes, and lead risk assessment for new products.

The ideal candidate holds a finance/economics/math degree with FRM/CFA/CPA preferred, and 7–10 years’ experience in investment banks or banks, with strong analytical and Mandarin language skills to operate in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• FRM, CFA or CPA certificate preferred.
• 7–10 years of credit risk management experience in investment banks, securities brokers or commercial banks.
• Fluent in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Establish the credit risk management system and formulate related rules and processes.
• Manage credit risk limits and monitor/report relevant risks.
• Participate in risk rating system establishment and review risk level of investment projects.
• Lead risk assessment for new products and businesses and review procedures.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by department.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Establishment of credit risk management system, and participate in the formulation of credit risk related rules and processes;
• Management of credit risk limit, able to identify, measure, monitor and report relevant credit risks;
• Participate in the establishment and maintenance of risk rating system and the review and evaluation of credit risk level of investment projects;
• Lead the credit risk assessment of new products and new businesses, and review the corresponding operation and risk management procedures;
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by department.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related disciplines from recognized University, with FRM, CFA or CPA certificate is preferred;
• 7-10 years of credit risk management experience in investment banks, securities brokers or commercial banks;
• Familiar with various risk measurement models and good at statistical analysis;
• High sense of responsibility, strong learning and research ability, good communication and coordination skills and writing skills, strong dedication and team spirit, can adapt to the high intensity of the work pace;
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
