Job summary

Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited is seeking a highly motivated Credit Executive to support credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, and risk management in a technology-driven lending environment. You will help maintain portfolio quality while improving credit processes and controls.

The role reports to the Head of Credit and requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a finance-related bachelor's degree, and strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in credit analysis, lending, banking, or related fields.
• Knowledge of unsecured lending, SME financing, mortgage lending is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and enhancement of credit policies and controls.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Executive to support credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, and risk management functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining portfolio quality while contributing to the continuous enhancement of credit processes within a technology-driven lending environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform credit-related operational duties, including background checks, document verification, site visits, and post-approval documentation follow-up.
• Conduct credit reviews and portfolio monitoring to identify potential risks and ensure credit quality.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance and prepare regular management reports and portfolio analytics.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing and customer servicing.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of credit policies, risk controls, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
• Support data-driven initiatives and process improvements through the use of digital tools and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, banking, consumer finance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of unsecured lending, SME financing, mortgage lending, or commercial credit will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good phone manner and customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Processing.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
